2025 Summer Sewing Camps

Reminders for Campers:

​

 - Camps meet from 9:00 am-12:00 pm Monday through Friday

- Bring a labeled water bottle and snack;

a fruit snack will also be provided daily

​- All materials supplied for all camps

• June 9-13 - Blast from the Past Camp -CAMP IS FULL- After 10 years of summer sewing camps, we've definitely had some favorite projects! This camp will feature at least 4 projects from previous years - maybe a Squishy? a bag? a pillowcase with a zipper pocket inside? Whatever the projects, it will be a BLAST!! This camp is for all ages.

• June 23-27 - Sew-chet Camp (Sew and Crochet!) -CAMP IS FULL- Want to learn to crochet? This is your chance! Learn basic crochet stitches and begin at least two projects. We will also sew a bag to carry and keep your yarn and crochet hooks. This camp is for ages 9 and up.

• July 7-11 - Blast from the Past Camp After 10 years of summer sewing camps, we've definitely had some favorite projects! This camp will feature at least 4 projects from previous years - maybe a Squishy? a bag? a pillowcase with a zipper pocket inside? Whatever the projects, it will be a BLAST!! (Projects will be the same as in the June 9-13 camp.) This camp is for all ages.

• July 14-18  Pets, Pillows, and PJs Camp -CAMP IS FULL-  We all LOVE our pets! Whether you have a pet or desperately want one, this camp is for you! We will make a BIG pillow pet, some pj shorts, and a surprise project featuring your pet (or one you hope for). This camp is for all ages.

​

• July 21-25  Sew Quilty Camp - Best. Camp. EVER!! Campers will become quilters as they sew a generous size lap quilt, have the layers professionally quilted, then finish the week by binding the edges! We will also experiment with free-motion quilting while making a coordinating pillow. Due to the amount of fabric required for a quilt, this camp has a $10 surcharge. This camp is for ages 9 and up.
